Steps

1. Cast Deepglow Skate by paying
2. Deepglow Skate triggers, doubling the number of counters on Saheeli
3. Activate Saheeli's -7 ability to create a token copy all permanents you control
4. Put the oldest Saheeli, The Gifted into the graveyard with the legend rule
5. The Deepglow Skate token triggers, doubling the number of counters on the remaining Saheeli
6. Repeat from step 3

Results

• Infinite copies of all permanents you control
• Infinite creature tokens
• Infinite mana lands and artifacts you control can produce
