Steps

1. Cast Vadrok for its Mutate cost by paying , targeting a creature you control
2. Holding priority, cast Chef's Kiss by paying , targeting the Vadrok spell
3. Resolve Chef's Kiss, creating a copy of the Vadrok spell that will target your non-Human creature due to your opponent not controlling any legal targets
4. Vadrok's mutate ability triggers, causing you to cast Chef's Kiss from your graveyard without paying its mana cost
5. Repeat from step 3
6. For each time a Vadrok has mutated on top of this creature, Vadrok's mutate ability triggers, causing you to cast any number of noncreature cards with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard
