Prerequisites

• All Will Be One on the battlefield
• Blech, Loafing Pest on the battlefield
• Bloodthirsty Conqueror on the battlefield

Steps

1. Gain life
2. Blech triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on each Pest, Bat, Insect, Snake and Spider you control All Will Be One triggers, dealing 1 damage to an opponent
3. Bloodthirsty Conqueror triggers, causing you to gain 1 life
4. Repeat from step 2
