• Opalescence on the battlefield
• Triumph of the Hordes in hand
• You have a way to put a counter on a permanent or player

Steps

1. Cast Triumph of the Hordes by paying , giving creatures you control +1/+1 and infect until end of turn
2. Put a counter on a permanent or player
3. All Will Be One triggers, giving an opponent a poison counter
4. Repeat step 3
