Prerequisites

• Kels, Fight Fixer on the battlefield
• The Watcher in the Water on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• It is an opponent's turn
• You control at least one additional creature

Steps

1. During an opponent's turn, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing another creature, adding
2. Kels triggers, and The Watcher in the Water's second ability triggers if the sacrificed creature was a Tentacle
3. Resolve the Watcher in the Water trigger, if applicable, untapping up to one Kraken and putting a stun counter on up to one permanent
4. Resolve the Kels trigger, causing you to pay to draw a card
5. The Watcher in the Water's first ability triggers, creating a 1/1 Tentacle creature token
6. Repeat
