Steps
- During an opponent's turn, after their untap step, activate Verity Circle by paying , tapping target creature an opponent controls without flying
- Verity Circle triggers, causing you to draw a card
- The Watcher in the Water's first ability triggers, creating a 1/1 Tentacle creature token
- When the Tentacle enters the battlefield, Junk Winder triggers, tapping target creature an opponent controls
- Repeat from step 2 for each remaining creature opponents control
- Repeat from step 1 after each of your turns
Results
- Creatures opponents control do not untap during their controller's untap step
- Tap all creatures opponents control
