Steps

1. Activate Tezzeret's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, targeting The Eternity Elevator and The Peregrine Dynamo
2. Holding priority, activate The Eternity Elevator by tapping it, adding Activate The Peregrine Dynamo by paying and tapping it, copying Tezzeret's ability, targeting The Eternity Elevator and The Peregrine Dynamo
3. Resolve the copy of Tezzeret's ability, untapping The Eternity Elevator and The Peregrine Dynamo
4. Repeat from step 2
