Steps

1. Activate Tezzeret's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, targeting Relic of Sauron and The Peregrine Dynamo
2. Holding priority, activate Relic of Sauron by tapping it, adding two mana in any combination of , and/or Activate The Peregrine Dynamo by paying and tapping it, copying Tezzeret's ability, targeting Relic of Sauron and The Peregrine Dynamo
3. Resolve the copy of Tezzeret's ability, untapping Relic of Sauron and The Peregrine Dynamo
4. Repeat from step 2
