Steps

1. Activate Tezzeret's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, targeting Everflowing Chalice and The Peregrine Dynamo
2. Holding priority, activate Everflowing Chalice by tapping it, adding at least
3. Activate The Peregrine Dynamo by paying and tapping it, copying Tezzeret's ability, targeting Everflowing Chalice and The Peregrine Dynamo
4. Resolve the copy of Tezzeret's ability, untapping Everflowing Chalice and The Peregrine Dynamo
5. Repeat from step 2

Results

• Infinite colorless mana
• Infinite mana artifacts you control can produce
• Infinite untap of artifacts you control
