Steps

2. Holding priority, activate Worn Powerstone by tapping it, adding
3. Activate The Peregrine Dynamo by paying and tapping it, copying Tezzeret's ability, targeting Worn Powerstone and The Peregrine Dynamo
4. Resolve the copy of Tezzeret's ability, untapping Worn Powerstone and The Peregrine Dynamo
5. Repeat from step 2
