Steps

1. At the beginning of your end step, Soulherder's second ability triggers
2. Holding priority, activate Kirol by tapping it and Sunstrike Legionnaire
3. copying Soulherder's trigger, targeting Kirol
4. Resolve the copy of Soulherder's trigger, blinking Kirol
5. Soulherder's first ability and Sunstrike Legionnaire trigger
6. Resolve the Soulherder trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it
7. Resolve the Sunstrike Legionnaire trigger, untapping it
8. Repeat from step 2
