Steps

1. Cast Priest of Gix by paying

7. Cast Garna by paying
8. Garna enters the battlefield, triggering itself
9. In response, activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Garna, causing target player to mill three cards
10. Resolve Garna's ability, returning Garna, Priest of Gix, Priest of Urabrask, and any other creature cards that were put into your graveyard from anywhere this turn from your graveyard to your hand
