Steps

1. Gain any amount of life
2. Trudge Garden triggers, causing you to pay to create a 4/4 Fungus Beast creature token
3. When the Fungus Beast enters, Prosperous Innkeeper triggers
4. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Fungus Beast, adding
5. When the Fungus Beast dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token
6. Holding priority, activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
7. Resolve the Prosperous Innkeeper trigger, causing you to gain life
8. Repeat from step 2
