Steps

1. Gain any amount of life
2. Trudge Garden triggers, causing you to pay to create a 4/4 Fungus Beast creature token
3. When the Fungus Beast enters, Elas il-Kor triggers
4. Holding priority, activate Thermopod by sacrificing the Fungus Beast, adding
5. When the Fungus Beast dies, Elas il-Kor and Pitiless Plunderer trigger
6. Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token
7. Holding priority, activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
8. Resolve the Elas il-Kor trigger from step 5, causing each opponent to lose life
9. Resolve the Elas il-Kor trigger from step 3, causing you to gain life
10. Repeat from step 2
