Steps

1. Activate Manascape Refractor using Blinkmoth Nexus' second ability by paying
2. Rings of Brighthearth triggers, choose not to pay
3. Resolve the Manascape Refractor ability, causing it to become a 1/1 Blinkmoth artifact creature until end of turn
4. Declare Manascape Refractor as an attacker
5. Holding priority, activate Maze of Ith by tapping it, targeting Manascape Refractor
6. Rings of Brighthearth triggers, choose not to pay
7. Activate Manascape Refractor using Maze of Ith's ability by tapping it, targeting itself
8. Rings of Brighthearth triggers, causing you to pay to copy Manascape Refractor's ability, targeting Manascape Refractor
9. Resolve the copy of Manascape Refractor's ability, untapping it
10. Activate Manascape Refractor using Lotus Field's ability by tapping it, adding three mana of any color
11. Resolve the original Manascape Refractor ability from step 7, untapping it
12. Repeat from step 7
