Prerequisites

• Verdant Succession on the battlefield
• Emrakul, the Aeons Torn on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• Painter's Servant on the battlefield
• "Green" chosen with Painter's Servant

Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Emrakul
2. Emrakul and Verdant Succession trigger
3. Resolve the Emrakul trigger, shuffling your graveyard into your library
4. Resolve the Verdant Succession trigger, searching your library for Emrakul, putting it onto the battlefield and shuffling your library
5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability from step 1, causing target player to mill cards equal to Emrakul's power
6. Repeat
