Prerequisites

• Verdant Succession on the battlefield
• Dread on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• Painter's Servant on the battlefield
• "Green" chosen with Painter's Servant

Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Dread
2. Dread and Verdant Succession trigger
3. Resolve the Dread trigger, shuffling it into your library
4. Resolve the Verdant Succession trigger, searching your library for Dread, putting it onto the battlefield and shuffling your library
5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability from step 1, causing target player to mill cards equal to Dread's power
6. Repeat
