• Wrath of Marit Lage on the battlefield
• Painter's Servant on the battlefield
• "Red" chosen with Painter's Servant

Steps

1. Painter's Servant causes all creatures to be red in addition to their other colors
2. Wrath of Marit Lage prevents red creatures from untapping during their controller's untap steps

• Creatures do not untap during their controller's untap step
