Prerequisites

• Verdant Succession on the battlefield
• Purity on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• Painter's Servant on the battlefield
• "Green" chosen with Painter's Servant

Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Purity
2. Purity and Verdant Succession trigger
3. Resolve the Purity trigger, shuffling it into your library
4. Resolve the Verdant Succession trigger, searching your library for Purity, putting it onto the battlefield and shuffling your library
5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability from step 1, causing target player to mill cards equal to Purity's power
6. Repeat
