• Clock of Omens on the battlefield
• Orcish Vandal on the battlefield
• Memnarch on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cause Orcish Vandal to become an artifact using Memnarch
2. Activate Orcish Vandal by tapping it, dealing 2 damage to Smaug
3. Smaug triggers, creating two Treasure tokens
4. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping the Treasures, untapping Orcish Vandal
5. Repeat from step 2
