Steps

1. Cast Gutterbones by paying
2. Reflections of Littjara triggers, creating a token copy of Gutterbones
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Gutterbones and the Gutterbones token, adding
4. The Gutterboness die, triggering Pitiless Plunderer twice, creating two Treasure tokens
5. Activate both Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
6. Activate Gutterbones by paying , returning it from your graveyard to your hand
7. Repeat
