Steps

1. Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Oathsworn Vampire
2. When Oathsworn Vampire dies, Pitiless Plunderer and Sifter of Skulls trigger
3. Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure artifact token
4. Resolve the Sifter of Skulls trigger, creating a 1/1 Eldrazi Scion creature token
5. Resolve the Viscera Seer ability, causing you to scry 1
6. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
7. Activate the Eldrazi Scion by sacrificing it, adding
8. Cast Oathsworn Vampire from your graveyard by paying
