Prerequisites

• Valentin, Dean of the Vein // Lisette, Dean of the Root on the battlefield
• Spike Feeder on the battlefield
• Devoted Druid on the battlefield
• Dean of the Root
• Spike Feeder has at least two +1/+1 counters
• Devoted Druid does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Activate Devoted Druid's first ability by tapping it, adding
2. Activate Spike Feeder's second ability by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, causing you to gain two life
3. Lisette triggers, causing you to pay to put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control
4. Activate Devoted Druid's second ability by putting a -1/-1 counter on it, untapping it
5. Repeat

Results

• Infinite +1/+1 counters on all creatures you control except Spike Feeder and Devoted Druid
• Infinite lifegain
• Infinite lifegain triggers
