Steps

1. Play Endless One with X=0, it dies due to State-Based Actions
2. Broodmother brings Endless One back but without a flying counter due to Solemnity
3. Endless One dies due to State based actions
4. The game is locked due to infinite triggers unless Broodmoth leaves the board
