Steps

1. On each of your opponent' draw steps, Teferi's Puzzle Box triggers, shuffling their hands into their libraries and drawing them 0 cards, giving you treasures equal to the number of cards they would have drawn

Results

• Opponents do not have a hand
• You gain treasures equal to the cards that were supposed to be drawn by opponents reduced by one
