• Immortal Phoenix in hand
• Sneak Attack on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Sneak Attack by paying , putting Immortal Phoenix from your hand onto the battlefield
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Immortal Phoenix, adding
3. Immortal Phoenix dies, returning itself from your graveyard to your hand
4. Repeat
