• Saffi Eriksdotter on the battlefield
• Bloodthrone Vampire on the battlefield
• Metamorphosis Fanatic on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Saffi by sacrificing it, targeting Metamorphosis Fanatic Activate Bloodthrone Vampire by sacrificing Metamorphosis Fanatic When Metamorphosis Fanatic dies, Saffi triggers, returning Metamorphosis Fanatic from your graveyard to the battlefield
2. When Metamorphosis Fanatic enters, it triggers, returning Saffi from your graveyard to the battlefield
3. Resolve the Bloodthrone Vampire ability
4. Repeat
