Steps

1. Activate Saffi by sacrificing it, targeting Lurrus
2. Saffi dies, triggering Pitiless Plunderer, creating a Treasure token
3. Resolve the Saffi ability
4. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Lurrus, adding
5. When Lurrus dies, Saffi and Pitiless Plunderer trigger
6. Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token
7. Resolve the Saffi trigger, returning Lurrus from your graveyard to the battlefield
8. Activate a Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
9. Cast Saffi from your graveyard by paying
10. Repeat
