Steps

1. Activate Skullclamp's equip ability by paying , attaching it to a creature whose toughness is equal to one
2. The creature dies as a state-based action due to having zero toughness
3. Skullclamp and Pitiless Plunderer trigger
4. Resolve the Skullclamp trigger, causing you to draw two cards
5. The Locust God triggers twice, creating two 1/1 Insect creature tokens with flying and haste
6. Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token
7. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
8. Repeat
