Steps

1. Activate Patron of the Moon by paying , putting Orzhov Basilica from your hand onto the battlefield tapped
2. When Orzhov Basilica enters the battlefield, it and Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger
3. Resolve the Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger, untapping it
4. Activate Stone-Seeder Hierophant by tapping it, untapping Orzhov Basilica
5. Activate Orzhov Basilica by tapping it, adding
6. Resolve the Orzhov Basilica trigger from step 2, returning it from the battlefield to your hand
7. Repeat
