Steps

1. Activate Patron of the Moon by paying , putting Dimir Aqueduct from your hand onto the battlefield tapped
2. When Dimir Aqueduct enters the battlefield, it and Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger
3. Resolve the Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger, untapping it
4. Activate Stone-Seeder Hierophant by tapping it, untapping Dimir Aqueduct
5. Activate Dimir Aqueduct by tapping it, adding
6. Resolve the Dimir Aqueduct trigger from step 2, returning it from the battlefield to your hand
7. Repeat
