Steps

1. Activate Budoka Gardener // Dokai, Weaver of Life by tapping it, putting Oboro, Palace in the Clouds from your hand onto the battlefield
2. When Oboro, Palace in the Clouds enters, Stone-Seeder Hierophant triggers
3. In response, activate Oboro's first ability by tapping it, adding
4. Activate Oboro's last ability by paying , returning it from the battlefield to your hand
5. Resolve the Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger, untapping it
6. Activate Stone-Seeder Hierophant by tapping it, untapping Budoka Gardener // Dokai, Weaver of Life as it is a land due to Ashaya
7. Repeat
