Steps

1. Animate the land, if needed
2. Activate The Jolly Balloon Man by paying and tapping it, creating a token copy of the land that is a 1/1 Balloon with flying and haste in addition to its other types
3. When the land token enters the battlefield, Retreat to Coralhelm triggers, untapping The Jolly Balloon Man
4. Activate the land token by tapping it, adding
5. Repeat from step 2
