Steps

1. Play Izzet Boilerworks
2. When Izzet Boilerworks enters the battlefield, it and Retreat to Coralhelm trigger
3. Resolve the Izzet Boilerworks trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand
4. Holding priority, activate Penance by putting Izzet Boilerworks from your hand onto the top of your library
5. Resolve the Retreat to Coralhelm trigger, causing you to scry 1, ensuring to leave Izzet Boilerworks on top of your library
6. Galadriel triggers, putting Izzet Boilerworks from the top of your library onto the battlefield tapped
7. Repeat from step 2
