• Continue? in hand
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Ardent Elementalist on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Ardent Elementalist and another nontoken creature, adding
2. Cast Continue? by paying , returning Ardent Elementalist and at least one other creature from your graveyard to the battlefield
3. When Ardent Elementalist enters, it triggers, returning Continue? from your graveyard to your hand
4. Repeat
