Steps

1. Cast Feign Death by paying , targeting Ardent Elementalist
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Ardent Elementalist, adding
3. Ardent Elementalist triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped with a +1/+1 counter on it
4. Ardent Elementalist enters the battlefield, returning Feign Death from your graveyard to your hand
5. Repeat
