• Chandra's Ignition in hand
• Reverberate in hand
• Kalamax is tapped
• You have not cast any instant spell this turn

Steps

1. Cast Chandra's Ignition by paying
2. Holding priority, cast Reverberate by paying , creating a copy of Chandra's Ignition
3. Kalamax first and second abilities triggers
4. Resolve the first ability, creating a copy of Reverberate
5. Resolve the second ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself
6. Resolve the Reverberate copy, creating a copy of Reverberate
7. Repeat from step 3
8. Once you have infinite copies of Reverberate and arbitrarily large Kalamax, you may resolve Chandra's Ignition, dealing infinite damage to each other creature and each opponent
