Prerequisites

• Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons on the battlefield
• Yawgmoth, Thran Physician on the battlefield
• Blood Artist on the battlefield
• You control at least one additional creature
• Your life total is at least 2
• An opponent controls a creature

Steps

1. Activate Yawgmoth by paying 1 life and sacrificing a creature, targeting any creature an opponent controls
2. The sacrificed creature dies, triggering Blood Artist, causing an opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life
3. Resolve the Yawgmoth ability, putting a -1/-1 counter on a creature an opponent controls, and causing you to draw a card
4. Hapatra's second ability triggers, creating a 1/1 Snake creature token
5. Repeat
6. You may also repeat this loop whenever a creature enters the battlefield under an opponent's control

Results

• Near-infinite ETB
• Destroy all creatures opponents control
• Destroy any creature that enters the battlefield under an opponent's control
• Infinite -1/-1 counters
• Near-infinite card draw
