• Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons on the battlefield
• Doubling Season on the battlefield
• Essence Warden on the battlefield
• Your life total is at least 2
• You control another creature

Steps

1. Activate Yawgmoth by paying 1 life and sacrificing a creature, putting a -1/-1 counter on an opponent's creature and drawing a card
2. Hapatra triggers, creating two 1/1 Snake creature tokens
3. The Snakes enter the battlefield, triggering Essence Warden twice, causing you to gain 2 life
4. Repeat until your opponent control no creatures
5. Activate Yawgmoth by paying 1 life and sacrificing a creature, putting two -1/-1 counters on a Snake token you control and drawing a card
6. The Snake dies as a state-based action due to having less than 1 toughness
7. Hapatra triggers, creating two 1/1 Snake creature tokens
8. The Snakes enter the battlefield, triggering Essence Warden twice, causing you to gain 2 life
9. Repeat from step 5
