• Zacama does not have summoning sickness and cannot be blocked and killed by an opponent

Steps

1. Cast Triumph of the Hordes by paying , giving all creatures you control +1/+1 and infect until end of turn
2. Deal combat damage to an opponent using Zacama, causing the opponent to get ten poison counters
3. The opponent loses the game as a state-based action due to having ten poison counters
4. Kediss triggers, giving each other opponent ten poison counters
5. Each other opponent loses the game as a state-based action due to having ten poison counters
