Prerequisites

• Zacama, Primal Calamity on the battlefield
• Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar on the battlefield
• Grafted Exoskeleton on the battlefield
• Grated Exoskeleton attached to Zacama
• Zacama does not have summoning sickness and cannot be blocked and killed by an opponent

Steps

1. Deal combat damage to an opponent using Zacama, causing the opponent to get eleven poison counters
2. The opponent loses the game as a state-based action due to having ten or more poison counters
3. Kediss triggers, giving each other opponent eleven poison counters
4. Each other opponent loses the game as a state-based action due to having ten or more poison counters
