• Harmonious Archon on the battlefield
• Meekstone on the battlefield

Steps

1. Harmonious Archon causes all non-Archon creatures to have base power and toughness 3/3
2. Because of Meekstone, non-Archon creatures do not untap during their controller's untap step

Results

• Archon creatures with power three or greater do not untap during their controller's untap step
• Non-Archon creatures do not untap during their controller's untap step
