Prerequisites

• Slimefoot and Squee on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Junji, the Midnight Sky on the battlefield
• Blood Artist on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Slimefoot and Squee, adding
2. When Slimefoot and Squee dies, Blood Artist triggers, causing target opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Junji, adding
4. When Junji dies, it and Blood Artist trigger
5. Resolve the Blood Artist trigger, causing target opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life
6. Resolve the Junji trigger, returning Slimefoot and Squee to the battlefield from your graveyard and causing you to lose 2 life
7. When Slimefoot and Squee enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token
8. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Slimefoot and Squee, adding
9. When Slimefoot and Squee dies, Blood Artist triggers, causing target opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life
10. Activate Slimefoot and Squee by paying and sacrificing a Saproling, returning it and Junji to the battlefield from your graveyard
11. When Slimefoot and Squee enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token
12. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Saproling, adding
13. When the Saproling dies, Blood Artist triggers, causing target opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life
14. Repeat
