Steps

1. Activate Zur by paying , causing All Will Be One to become an enchantment creature
2. Place a counter on a permanent or player
3. All Will Be One triggers, dealing 1 damage to an opponent and causing you to gain 1 life
4. Vraska triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on All Will Be One
5. Repeat from step 3

• Infinite damage
