Prerequisites

• Xerex Strobe-Knight on the battlefield
• Thornbite Staff on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• Xerex Strobe-Knight does not have summoning sickness
• You have a storm count of at least two

Steps

1. Activate Xerex Strobe-Knight by tapping it, creating a 1/1 Knight creature token
2. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing the Knight
3. When the Knight dies, Xerex Strobe-Knight triggers, untapping it
4. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the Knight's power
5. Repeat
