• Drafna, Founder of Lat-Nam on the battlefield
• Thornbite Staff on the battlefield
• Su-Chi Cave Guard in hand
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• Thornbite Staff attached to Drafna
• Drafna does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Cast Su-Chi Cave Guard by paying
2. Holding priority, activate Drafna's second ability by paying and tapping it, copying the Su-Chi Cave Guard spell
3. Resolve the copy of the Su-Chi Cave Guard spell, creating a token copy of Su-Chi Cave Guard
4. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing the Su-Chi Cave Guard token
5. The token Su-Chi Cave Guard dies, triggering itself and Drafna
6. Resolve the Su-Chi Cave Guard trigger, adding eight
7. Resolve the Drafna trigger, untapping it
8. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, milling any player eight cards
9. Repeat from step 2
