• Madison Li on the battlefield
• Decoction Module on the battlefield
• Thornbite Staff on the battlefield
• Myr Battlesphere in the graveyard
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Dr Madison Li does not have summoning sickness
• Thornbite Staff attached to Dr Madison Li
• You have at least five energy counters

Steps

1. Activate Dr Madison Li's third ability by tapping it and paying , returning Myr Battlesphere from your graveyard to the battlefield
2. When Myr Battlepshere enters the battlefield, it and Decoction Module trigger
3. Resolve the Myr Battlesphere trigger, creating four 1/1 Myr artifact creature tokens
4. When the Myrs enter the battlefield, Decoction Module triggers four times
5. Resolve all Decoction Module triggers, causing you to get
6. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Myr Battlesphere, adding one mana of any color
7. When Myr Battlesphere dies, Dr Madison Li triggers, untapping itself
8. Repeat
