• Cryptek on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Thornbite Staff on the battlefield
• Myr Battlesphere on the battlefield
• Thornbite Staff attached to Cryptek
• Cryptek does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Activate Cryptek by paying and tapping it, targeting Myr Battlesphere
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Myr Battlesphere, adding
3. Myr Battlesphere dies, triggering Cryptek twice
4. Resolve the first Cryptek trigger, untapping it
5. Resolve the second Cryptek trigger, returning Myr Battlesphere from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped
6. Myr Battlesphere enters the battlefield, creating four 1/1 Myr artifact creature tokens
7. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing a Myr, adding
8. Repeat
