Prerequisites

• Diaochan, Artful Beauty on the battlefield
• Thornbite Staff on the battlefield
• Soul of New Phyrexia on the battlefield
• Thornbite Staff attached to Diaochan
• Diaochan does not have summoning sickness
• available

Steps

1. Activate Soul of New Phyrexia's first ability by paying , giving permanents you control indestructible until end of turn
2. Activate Diaochan by tapping it, destroying an opponent's creature and any creature of that opponent's choice
3. If the opponent chooses a creature you control to be destroyed, it is not destroyed due to it having indestructible
4. The creature the opponent controls dies, triggering Diaochan, untapping Diaochan
5. Repeat from step 2

Results

• Destroy any number of creatures opponents control during each of your turns
