Prerequisites

• Azorius Herald in hand or in the library
• Bolas's Citadel on the battlefield
• Mortuary on the battlefield
• undefined in nonblue mana if Azorius Herald is in your hand available

Steps

1. Cast Azorius Herald either from your hand by paying in nonblue mana, or from the top of your library by paying 3 life
2. When Azorius Herald enters the battlefield, its first and second abilities trigger, causing you to gain 4 life and then sacrifice Azorius Herald
3. When Azorius Herald dies, Mortuary triggers, putting Azorius Herald from your graveyard onto the top of your library
4. Repeat
